“We are excited to welcome a new group of military-connected students to MTSU,” said Hilary Miller, center director. “The Newcomers Briefing is always a valuable way to begin the semester.

“Starting a new school year can be challenging. Attending the Newcomers Briefing is great way to ensure that you are squared away and ready for the academic mission that lies ahead. Family and friends are welcome.”

Miller and her staff are targeting new-to-MTSU student veterans and family members, but it is open to all student veterans and their families, she said.
